Mindtree has announced that it has enabled the UK’s leading retailer of technology products and services, Currys, to deliver a connected and highly personalized omnichannel shopping experience to its customers across multiple markets.

Mindtree has leveraged its extensive retail and digital expertise as part of the multi-year engagement to design and implement a comprehensive omnichannel solution that provides a unified customer experience across rapidly converging online, mobile, and in-store shopping, while driving cross-channel fulfillment and inventory optimization for Currys. Mindtree has also enabled Currys’ more than 32,000 ‘colleagues’ dispersed across the company’s retail locations, offices, contact centers, supply chain, and distribution centers to better support the omnichannel customer journey with greater speed and quality of service through unified consoles.

As a result of the solution, which was built with cutting-edge Salesforce and Mulesoft technologies, Currys has become more data-driven. This helps Currys achieve its goal of creating customers for life by getting to know them better and encouraging meaningful engagement with them, as well as making it easier for those customers to shop with Currys, enhancing cross-sell and upsell opportunities and generating post-sales leads. Mindtree and Currys are collaborating on new omnichannel retail solutions in order to increase efficiency and flexibility.
